Bug in spray charts

Hi - great app!!

I notices some missing hits in the spray charts on the iphone and the web admin portal.

For example, one kid had a triple the first hit of the season against the wall in the outfield but now its no longer there. Very bizzare as it was there the last time i printed the stats after game 9 ... but now we are on game 12 and its missing.

Any ideas what can be done to refresh the spray charts to be more complete?

please verify you have not filtered out the game with the triple with Leagues.
a) does the game with the triple show on the player card Stats tab?
b) enable "all" in leagues to make sure all possible games are in the player stats.

All the leagues are enabled. The actual statistics are correct. Shows 7 hits for example, but only showing 6 on the spray chart. And yes, the spray chart on the player card and the PDF on the web both have the hit missing (which was there four games ago).

even the spray chart data (below the actual graphic) shows 7 hits .. but only 6 on the graphic.

if you have not already, export your data and send email to FTM support explaining the issue.. . i suspect they will need to look at the database....

My guess is that this player has "too many" hits. I think the hit charts limit to the last 20 or so hits. Not sure, but I think I read that the hit charts have a limit to the number of hits they will show.

Yes, we do limit the number of hits we show or eventually the chart would just be overflowing with useless lines.

yes there is a hit chart limit, but shebs99 reported issue was with less than 10 so i do not think that is the issue. But worth reminding the community, of the 20 count limit..
