Number of hits is greater than number of at bats????????
Number of hits is greater than number of at bats????????
During a three game tournament, i noticed that iScore calculated the stats correctly for each individual game but the cumulative stats for the 3 games are incorrect resulting in an batting average greater than 1.000. What am i doing wrong for this to happen?
Re: Number of hits is greater than number of at bats????????
There is a known bug (it was listed in another forum message, don't remember where) about this. It only affects the cumulative stats. FTM has identified the problem and says it will be fixed in the next release(and they usually realse stuff like this pretty quickly, although then they are stuck waiting for Apple to approve the new app).
Re: Number of hits is greater than number of at bats????????
Thank you very much for your response. It will save me many hours of frustration! Looking forward to the fix however since I use the cumulative stats to evaluate our team/players and practice accordingly.

I'm having the same problem. What's weird is that i score games on both my ipad and iphone then share the data between them in order to keep them in-sync. My iPad has this problem, but the phone shows it correct.

Yes, this issue effected iPad only. We will restate the issue here for those that are looking...
On the most recent iPad (iPad only, iPhone is fine) update, there is a bug that causes cumulative stats to leave out the At Bats from one game. So the total At Bats will be short by however many were in the game that is being left out. We submited a fix to Apple immediately upon hearing of this issue (v2.76), and are just awaiting approval from Apple at this point. It was submitted on Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. We asked for it to be treated as an emergency fix, but apparently that does not mean anything to them as many days have already gone by.
Thank you for your patience with this issue, and you can be sure the at bats will be correct when the update is approved. You can continue scoring as normal, and no data will be lost. It is just limited to a reporting issue on the Cumulative stats from the Team Manager screen.
