Stats on website

Post by gwarren264 » Thu May 13, 2010 10:03 am

I added a website to post our team info and stats. I exported my data. When reviewing the stats, only have the games are reported in the stats. How do I get all the games to be reflected in the stats. Thanks.

Very hard to help with this limited information. If you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with more details and something to show us specifically what you mean, we should be able to help. Thank you.

Make sure all of the games you want to see are included in the current league that you see in the upper right of the Games screen on the web site. You may have to change the league or add the games to the default league.

coach thunder is probably spot on.. check your use of leagues.. probably the most common reason for teams, games not showing up as expected.

on your handheld..
Make sure your "web site team" is assoicated with the right leagues. (use team manager)
Make sure all games are assigned to their approproate leagues (use game manager)

Make sure you re export (options export), doing this updates your team Web site.

Also FYI
for your games to have associated scorecards on the web site, you have to have first emailed them once from your hand held (the program intercepts a cc of the email to post)
