Scorecard problem

Scorecard problem
When I look at my Scorecard sometimes it doesn't show what the batter did. It just leaves it blank or half way filled with balls or strikes then goes on to the next player. What happened? I have to go back to the paper score book to see what the batter did.

We would need more detail than that to be able to answer your question. If you can export your database to us (Options->Export) and email us your customer ID (bottom left of Options) to support@iscorecentral.com, and tell us the game, inning, and batter, we can take a look and tell you what is happening.
