Do you already have a subscription to TruMedia? Or are you trying to create a new one / renew an old one?

Existing subscriptions should continue working fine until they expire, but TruMedia is not going to be accepting new subscriptions or renewals. They have decided that not enough people were using it to justify continued support. If you have questions about it, you can reach out to them on their contact us page here - http://www.trumedianetworks.com/.

With trumedia now gone are there any plans to have some of the information provided through the iScore app?

We may create a more detailed analytics option. There is also the EdgeHQ system that provides much of the same data that TruMedia did.

I suspect becuase they are still honoring existing customers. And because iScore is now part of SiPlay.com, and SiPlay has been increasing its product portfolio and user base.
