When syncing a game with Sport NGIN website I get this error message, does anyone know what it means?

That error sounds like you added a player to one of the teams from within iScore instead of using only the players that were Discovered from Sport Ngin. They are not able to recognize players you add manually in iScore --- they require that all the players originated from their system. Please see this link for more details:

Thank you! The opposing teams players are unknown to us until gametime and are from other communities, therefore they aren't in Sport NGIN. How do we manage that?

You will have to ask someone from Sport Ngin how to handle that situation. We provide all the stat data to Sport Ngin even for players that you manually create. Perhaps they can choose to just process "your team" which originated from them and ignore the opposing team players? They should be able to provide a best practice for how to handle that situation.
