Hello,
I have an ipod touch with approximately 700 baseball games on it. I cannot export data, the program shuts down. I export regularly and there are about 70 games that haven't been exported. I keep stats for a 30 MLB dice baseball league and will be looking to import 30 team rosters soon and start a new season.
Thanks.

Re: Baseball won't export
What model of iPod Touch do you have? Our guess is that it is a memory (RAM, not Storage) issue. In order to export, the 700 games are first compressed, and the compression process can require a lot of RAM - especially with that many games. What is it that you are needing to do the export for? We have a "sync" process that will keep backups of your games for you on the server, and it sends them one game at a time automatically as long as you have not disabled that functionality.

I have an 8GB ipod touch. I guess I’m worried about the 70+ games that haven’t been exported. Sounds like I need to delete some games from my device before I import the new rosters.

If you go to the Options -> Synchronization tab, and see if all your games are in Already Sent. If so, then everything is backed up on the Server.

Sync says games already sent but I don't see them in server.

If the games have been synched, they are safe on the server and can be retrieved by another device at any time using Data Sharing... to retrieve a game from the server to another device, you would just use Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web Database, and use "sync:XXXX" for the customer ID replacing XXXX with your actual customer ID, and enter your password as well. It will then let you import the synched files to another device.
