Line up mysteriously changes during game
Line up mysteriously changes during game
Line up for a team is entered correctly before game starts but when the game starts some time in an inning a couple of the players on a particular team swap. When I go back to the show me the roster the names are in correct order but not on the game screen. There is no way to correct the lineup on the game screen while the game is going on. Is there a bug in the App? Is there a work around I'm just not aware of? Great app but not fun when an issue like this is brought up in a game.

Re: Line up mysteriously changes during game
We have not had any resports of lineups changing without a user changing it. You can use Misc -> Show Starting Lineup to make changes to the starting lineup for a game. (NOTE: Do not use this for substitutions) Perhaps you have some confusion with Team Roster vs Lineup? See tip #6 at the following link:

Re: Line up mysteriously changes during game
The lineup is accurate as the game progresses but some how it changes. I keep constantly checking it against the handwritten lineup I have for the players. I know I'm working the app correctly. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times trying to solve this issue but it hasn't helped.

Re: Line up mysteriously changes during game
If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and give us the exact steps to reproduce the issue, we can try and reproduce it here. We have never seen or heard of lineups changing without a user making the change, so the exact steps will be very helpful. Thank you.
