i was not at a game so another coach used his iPad to score the game. I am now trying to get that game on my iPad using send game feature. I was able to get the iPad's linked and send the game. When mapping my team two players which were on my roster did not show up in the mapping list. And thus new duplicate players were created on my roster with their own stat lines. Also the first mapping put the visiting team on my roster and vice versa.
I thus deleted that game from my iPad and tried to send game again but the players are showing up as already mapped and I am unable to change anything. This second mapping got all players on the correct roster but I still have the two duplicate players created. How do I undo the original mapping and get all players mapped appropriately without duplicates?

Re: Mapping issue using send game
Once a mapping is done it can not be undone or you would be able to have the same player mapped to multiple players. You can use the Merge option in Player Manager to combine the duplicate players into a single player.

Re: Mapping issue using send game
Thank you. I fixed the merge. now the underlying problem is both teams had a kid named 'Carter'. both Carters were mapped to my team, thus my carter is getting credit for 2 stat lines on the same game and has one more game played than the other kids. how do you fix this?

Re: Mapping issue using send game
Just remove the second Carter from the Lineup from the game. Go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to Starting Lineup, and remove the Carter that did not play. The stats will then update properly.
