Player put out 4 times on one play with iscore android???

We had a strange occurrence in the second inning of our game last night. Our leadoff batter popped up to an infielder. The scorer said she marked inplay>out>pop-up and indicated the infielder that caught the ball. Our scorer said "At about that point in the game, the app started doing very strange things. Screens were popping up (that I had never seen before) which were not related to the buttons being pushed. After a little bit though, it settled back down and stopped doing that." In the pitch by pitch afterwards it showed that he had popped up to an infielder and was out, then it had three more outs: Out for throwing bat, out for interference and out for some other reason. I edited the play by play to "called out" for the three errant outs since I couldn't figure out how to get rid of them. I assumed that it would be handled the same way as errors and not put the batter out 4 times. I was partly wrong. In the stats afterwards, the batter had 3 extra PAs and 3 extra ABs. The pitcher was credited with having pitched an extra inning with that 1 pitch. What is strange though is that the four outs did not retire the side and bring the other team to bat. She continued scoring the rest of the inning and in fact the rest of the game without another incident. I manually corrected the Plate appearances and at-bats for the batter in question. I could not figure out how to fix the IP, but didn't really care too much because it was the opposing pitcher and not one of our guys. We are using the android version of the app. 4.48.421 I believe, on a nexus 7 2013.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID and which game/play it is, we can correct it for you. If you have steps that can reproduce the behavior that would be even better as we would be able to prevent it from happening in the future.
