MLB Stats Problem

I have the MLB add on package. The MLB stats are coming over as a factor of 4 what they are supposed to be. I.E. if a hitter is 1-4 the state show 4-16. Also no pitching stats are being sent.

Thank you for the quick response. Is there a time frame of when I can expect the problem to be fixed? I checked this morning and there are still no pitching stats and all offensive numbers are multiplied by 4. I love this app and I think the MLB add on is excellent but if it doesn't have the correct stats what's the point?

The batting stats seem to be fixed but there are still no pitching stats provided. Thanks for all the help.

We believe the only issue right now may be related to pitching stats, and we are hoping to have it addressed in the next day or two.

The stat problem is getting worse. There are still no pitching stats and now there are batting stats disappearing. Please get this fixed. It's frustrating to have paid for something that doesn't work.
