Data not exporting to Admin Website

Data not exporting to Admin Website

I am having issues with exporting the last game I scored to my Admin website. I am using an iPad and its connected to WiFi. I have tried restarting the iPad as well.

Do you get an error message when you tap Export? Some people that have said this to us in the past do not realize their customer ID has changed because of getting a new device. Check the Options -> Admin Website screen on your device to be sure you are using the correct customer ID and password when logging in.
