Can't set game start date and time

Let say I am trying to change the filed conditions. I had put "good" as field conditions, but now I want to change it to bad. If I go to the field box and press on the word "good", the cursor scrolls all the way up. The cursor will not move. I have to press return in order to get out of this screen. This also happens if I press and hold on the word good in order to get the magnifying glass. Again, the cursor, with the magnifying glass, will scroll all the way up.
