Error message says product is not licensed

I downloaded the app to my phone and my tablet. The app runs fine on my phone but when I try to email or broadcast from my tablet I get a message that says the product is not licensed. I would like to score games with my tablet so if this is a one device license is there any way to switch it to the tablet? I am even willing to purchase another copy of the program but can't because Google Play won't let me purchase it again. I have sent my device information to customer support but have not heard back and baseball season is about to start.

On an Android device the licensing issue occurs if Google Play market does an iScore license check while you are not connected to the internet. It will cache the license check for some period of time (Google Play market does this), but occasionally needs to actually check again.

To fix the issue, you should start iScore, then use the "back arrow" on your device to exit all the way out. This makes sure iScore is not running. Make sure you are connected to the internet, then start iScore again, and you should be able to use iScore without the license check message. You do not need internet access to score games, and this license check only occurs occasionally.

You also need to be sure you are logging in to Google Play with the account that iScore was originally purchased with. Google can only verify the license if you are logged into the account that made the purchase
