Pitch Count after Pitcher is Relieved

The pitch count feature and count alert is very nice. But after the starter (or a reliever) is relieved, I often want to look back at his pitch count. How can I do that while continuing to score the game?

Tap the stats button in the bottom right on a tablet, or the Settings button in bottom right, then select Statistics on phones, and you will see the stats for the game including pitch counts for pitchers (PIT column).
