Game ends but teams disappear and game stats inaccessible

I scored a softball game which ended normally after recording the hometeam's last out of the 7th inning but when I tried to review the game stats, the team names had been deleted from the boxscore and team stats were not available. I exported my data and tried to edit the game but no errors were found.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) and which game it is that you do not see team names and stats for to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data.
