We've had a couple of instances recently where a pitcher has come in mid-count against a batter, and at a decided disadvantage (3-1 count). When that batter has walked, iScore has correctly charged the walk to the previous pitcher (the one who got behind 3-1), but it is getting two things wrong:
- It is not crediting the new pitcher, the one who inherited the 3-1 count, with an inherited runner...though perhaps this is intentional?
- More importantly, it is charging the runner to the new pitcher, so when that runner eventually scores, the run is being charged to the new pitcher--when it should be charged to the previous pitcher.
Do you need a game link to show an example of this?

Yes, if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) and which game/pitcher/batter is involved, and if you could include the above detail in that email, we can have our support team take a look at your data.
