Iscore team website--not showing scorecard

I have read many of the posts about the scorecards and I have something a little different happening. After a game I sync, then export, then mail the game to "web". Everything seems to show up fine in the admin website. But when I go out to view the scorecards on my Teams Website, it says the scorecard is not found and it has to be mailed in.. When I go back to the admin website I can pull up the scorecard fine..

It sounds like maybe the Team Website is linked to a different customer ID? If you email us your Customer ID, the URL of the Team Website, and which game it is to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look to see what is going on.
