New League on iPad showing but no longer updating on website

Post by jhardwood » Mon Apr 07, 2014 8:28 am

We added a new league for this preseason. This past weekend we played two games, and they show as having been synchronized. However, when we go to our web page (http://iscorebaseball.com/OldTownCoyotesVarsity" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), there is no activity...and down in the lower right hand corner it says "Last Updated Sunday, March 2, 2014...".

Other oddities:

Another observation that may or may not be related: While my admin password still works on our website, if I try to login on the iscore site with the username (shown on my iPad app) and the password, it does not work.

Any suggestions on why the iPad seems to think it is synchronizing but the website shows no current data?

It sounds like one of two things:

1. You have not done an Options -> Export from your device. This is required any time you score a game to update the website, and is where the Last Updated date comes from.

or

2. You have a new device / account, and the website has not been updated to use that new account. If that is the case, you can follow the instructions here to change the device your website is associated with:

If you have trouble changing the device for the website, you can also email us your customer ID (found on the Options screen in iScore) and the URL of the team website to support@iscoresports.com and we can make the change for you.
