Scoring Batter

Post by sheaster » Fri Apr 04, 2014 5:46 am

I think I may have found a bug. On Monday I updated my iPad to the io 7.1(11D167) and used iScore last night for the 1st time since that update. Before the update, when a batter is up to bat and hits the ball I hit “In Play” and he hits a single, I score that he hits a single and place the ball on the field where he hits it. the runner is then placed on 1st base. Now I’m ready for the next batter. After the update, when a batter is up to bat and hits the ball I hit “In Play” and he hits a single, I score that he hits a single and place the ball on the field where he hits it, the app then asked me what happen to the batter? Before the update it didn’t ask what happen to the batter, it almost like its asking twice what the batter did? Hope that made since.

As stated, it is an option to get this question or not. While in many cases it may seem redundant to ask the question, there are many scenarios that it makes sense. Certain plays cannot be scored in a single sequence if you have these questions turned off.

See Game Settings -> Minimize Questions section here: http://iscoreleagues.com/manual/#h.2q4k99qxrzsl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
