League Manager

Post by AE32170C18 » Mon Mar 10, 2014 8:40 pm

When in league Manager the sliders will not stay after changing. I have to return several times and re slide until they stay to desired position. This may be part of the server issue, but I had the same problem before the crash.

This would have nothing to do with the server --- the league settings are local on your device. If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and let us know which league you are trying to toggle, we will try the same steps on a device here to see if we can find any issues with your data.

Also when in the "email lineup card " it doesn't show the DP or Flex on the card. I'll email you.

The explanation I received made no since. Let's try this again. If I toggle a league, on or off, any league it doesn't stay on the desired setting without making the change several times after exiting and reentering league manager.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and let us know which league you are trying to toggle, we will try the same steps on a device here to see if we can find any issues with your data. It does not happen on our device here with our data, so it may be something specific about your data. The export will allow us to put your data on a device here to try and reproduce.

Also in the email please include the type of device you are using and the version of iScore (version can be found on the title screen in iScore) so we know we are using a device similar to yours.

The video you supplied tonight helped us find and fix the issue.

When Apple switched the On/Off toggle switch to more of a "button" look in iOS7 instead of being an ON | OFF text switch, they also made it send an "onstatechange" event any time it is tapped even though you do not necessarily slide it. So if you accidentally tap it when sliding instead of just sliding, or somehow do both a tap + slide, then it gets toggled internally twice by the onstatechange event.

We have also added the flex and DP designation to the emailed lineup cards for the next release.

Thank you!
