Can't login to admin website

I am a two year customer and user of Iscore. When I attempt to login get customer I'd not recognized. I also tried to export and got error message. "Unsuccessful could not find uploaded file".

If you can try exporting again it should work. We have some ongoing maintenance of our servers as described in the thread below that may have caused an intermittent issue, but exports should be working now and you should then be able to log in:

Great was able to export to server. I only want 2014 to show up on website. When I exported I made sure only league checked was 2014, but website has all data and all teams. I just want my team and this years league. Actually just noticed that team website still down. Please advise thanks kimble

Support is working on team web site restore

To show only "2014 league" on team web site ..( when back up). Two tricks

On team web site log in as admin to settings and Lower right of setting you can set the league to only "2014 league".

Another trick.. For your team, in team manager, un associate any old leagues , only leagues associated with your team show on team web page

So I can now access my team website. I paid my renewal. Problem is when I log into my iscore central. I have three teams listed for my high school. The 2012 team the 2013 teM and the 2014 team. I renewed the website for the 2013 team but I need to get my 2014 team stats to that website or transfer my payment to the 2014 team. How do I do that

Easy to fix

1.Log into your admin web site (my.iscotecentral.com)
FYI user name and password located on your device under Options> Admin Website

2. Go to account menu /tab..

3 You will see a list of team site subscriptions .. And next to your team site a button to change teams assigned to it .. Choose new team

That is all there is to it .
