Issue with importing game with Mapped player

iScore freezes and will not let me import a game through Data Sharing if i have mapped a player. However if i do not map a player there are no issues.

We have not heard of this issue before. If you can send us the details of your situation to support@iscoresports.com, we can try on a device here to see what is going on. We will need you to export, and email us the customer ID of the device you are trying to import to as well as the details of the device / game / team you are trying to import from and we will try and reproduce the issue.

I recently had a similar experience ..

I was data sharing a team from device A to B.

On device B it automatically found all the players but one because the team already was on device b but had added a new player to the team ( a pickup transfer player ) in last game scored on device a. Because the pickup player already was on device b I manually map ed her and device hung . Would not import

My workaround is I then force quit Iscore and re started and did data share . And instead of manually mapping the new player. I had it create new player . Then used player merge .

same issue. Had to import the data and then merge all nine players....
