If your previous device is also an iPad, you can use iTunes to do a Backup and Restore and the data will be transferred over.

If you want to transfer just iScore data and are not worried about all your other applications, you can use the Transfer Data instructions found in our FAQ here:

We do not offer phone support, but if you can tell us which step you are getting stuck on, we can help you work through it.

The link for transferring all data takes you step by step through moving data from one device to another. It basically boils down to this:

1. Do an Options -> Export from both devices to send the data to the server

2. Register both the old and new devices to the same email address

3. Log in to the Admin Website, go to the Account tab, click the Manage Data button, and use the Copy action from your old account to your new account

4. Do an Options -> Import from your new device to retrieve the transferred data

If you tell us which step you are having trouble with, we can give further information. This will help anyone else that may be experiencing the same issue as well.
