I have a tablet and a phone, I run iScore on both for the same team. I used my phone last weekend to test out the Twitter and iScorecast and it was a hit.
I copied the data from the phone to the tablet via data sharing and that worked fine, and I am planning on keeping the data in sync by copying the data from one device to the other via the website, and then importing the data so its the same on both devices.
what is happening is that I am not able to import the data from the website to my phone, I get an error that the import failed asking me to check my internet connection. I know my connection is fine since everything else works without issue. I can import/export without issue on the tablet, its just the phone having the issue.
I searched around and in another thread from a few years ago it was asked to provide the customer ID for the device so that it could be checked, could that be done for my issue to see why I cannot import the data?
If there is a better way to manage my data than the method I am using, please let me know as well
