Email IscoreCast Link doesnt work with IOS 7

I love iscore! Used it for many years. Just upgraded my Ipad to IOS 7. I am trying to send out the iscorecast link to all of my families for today's game and it is not allowing me to do so. The email link PopUp appears but there is no way to type in an email address. Please help. We have many families who watch the games and now cannot as I can't send them the link prior to the game.

this bug has already been identified (as mentioned in other posts) and an update is reportedly in apples hands awaiting approval.
( We are all waiting on apple.) Another thing you will find is the date picker in the game info screen has a similar problem, white text on white background.. ooops apple.

you can still very much use iscorecasts. just not that way to send the link

, you can provide fans your customer id number and a link that lists all your games.

If you prefer you can embed the device ID in the link like below.

( use your customer device number in place of 1234567890)
(you can find your device id from Options > Admin Web Site on your device. )

Send them this link and it is good for all season, not just todays game..!

you can also login to you your iscore account and look at games. The iscore link for game is provided, copy and paste address bar into an email and send the link. It does not sent the 3 different versions, so if they have a poor internet connection the game will be hard to follow.
This has been a little bit a pain, as Iscore 3 games each week and have to send out link prior to getting to the field now. Before I could set it up while the boys were warming up.

that is true, , you can log into your admin web site, and get iscorecast game links (copy paste and email), but I find it takes fewer steps to just send a URL link that lists all the games from your device (or team, if you have a team web site subscription) .... yes that requires the viewer to pick the current game.. but it is also a single link they can book mark and save for week to week

Below are the URL syntax again, for BOTH the lite graphics version and the full graphics version.

(change XXXXXXXXX to your device customer ID, (found at Options > Admin Web Site) or
if you have a team web site subscription, you can use TeamName for xxxxxxxxxx

I am sure Apple will approve the update sometime soon, but in the mean time, hope this helps

You can also still use the email game link within the main scoring screen - that one works fine on iOS 7. We expect Apple will be approving the update any day.

Tip
when emailing link from main scoring screen.

after you tap on the radio tower icon, tap email game link box, then tap done to reveal the email address input / selector box..
(If you have not done that before, at first it may seem like taping the email link button does not do anyting, . but in fact it does, just in a hidden window on the iPhone, which becomes visible after you hit done )
