Duplicate Player in database

I thick I mess up with my database.
Inside "Team --> Roster" everything seems to be ok [picture-A] (as my iPad too), but on the page "Players", I got all my players duplicated [picture-B]. I tried to "merge" as recommended on some other posts, but it doesn't work; I did not have any duplicates on my iPad).

P.S.: I know there is some name with "é" that have been duplicated.

Any help?
P.S.: I just created a new profile, a "full" reset can be an option.

Your device has duplicate player records on it, and using merge is the correct way to fix it. You likely have created a league and have the All league disabled when trying to merge.

Go to League Manager on your device, and make sure the All league is turned ON, then go to Player Manager and you should see the duplicates and be able to merge from there.

There is something wrong with the first screenshot you included. What version of iOS are you running? Is it a standard version? or jailbroken? or iOS7 (which is Beta)? The All row should have the word ON or OFF. We are not sure what the vertical bar is.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know the name of a player that is duplicated in the email, we can take a look at your data.
