Just recently I have had trouble with Iscores baseball making the game final after the 2nd inning. I have never had this happen before. We had 4 fast pitch softball games yesterday and the last 2 Did that to me. I tested it out last night when I got back home and it worked fine. Started on our first game today and it did the same thing. I have this installed on a Motorola Xoom.

It sounds like you have set your number of innings in the game to 2. When on the main scoring screen, tap the Options in the bottom right corner, and change the number of innings to 7 (or whatever the length of your game is supposed to be).
