Issue on players with Chinese name

I have multiple devices (Android), thus multiple admin website. I created players, which some of them have Chinese name, by the admin website of device A and import them into the device. It works fine. But when I try to use device B to get those players from Web of device A, those Chinese name become unreadable. Is it impossible to get players from Web with Chinese name correctly?

I tried to work around by replacing the Chinese name with English one. After I changing all the names by the admin website of device A, I found that the name of the players cannot be updated by "Get from Web". It is impossible to do so now?

I tried to work around again by deleting all teams and players with Chinese name in Device B, hopefully I could get back the players from Web with name in English. But I have hundreds of players in Device B. Is there a simpler method to delete players instead of placing my finger on each player, wait for the context menu to appear, then tap Delete for hundreds time?
