Login using Norton login feature

I use Norton Internet Security which has a feature to populate user name and password into login screens. It doesn't work on my.iscorecentral.com. It seems to insert the password OK in the password field but does not insert the customer ID in the USER field. Norton does not seem to know that the USER field is where it should insert the customer ID but it does know that it should insert the password in the password field.

I don't know if this is a Norton problem or an iScorecentral problem.

Does anyone else use Norton and does it work for them?

The issue is a Norton Internet Security issue. Tell it that you don't want it to save the password for this page. Let me know if you have any other questions. I use Norton and I don't have this issue.

Does your Norton plug in the name & password? I know I can stop it from inserting the password but I would rather have it insert the name and password. The password I can remember but the 10 digit name I can't.
