Archiving data

As soon as the 1st run scores it says archiving data, then the next batter will show but nothing shows where the balls and strikes and in play are. Tried undoing several times, does the same thing. Exited out of the scoring screen and started a new game and it did the same thing. Please help..

Do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and we will take a look at your data. Let us know which game it is you are seeing this with. Customer ID is found on the Options screen in iScore.
