Players disappearing

This has been such an annoying issue. I will play a game with my team and certain players wont show up on the team stats for the game although they where on the roster and recorded stats... I can not figure out why my players arent being calculated into the stats... and dissappearing altogether... I'm not making any manuel edits... someone please help

If you do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and let us know which game/player you are referring to, we can take a look. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

It sounds like maybe you are editing the starting lineup when doing substitutions instead of entering a substitute. If you watch the training video at http://iscoresports.com/baseball/training.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, it shows how to do substitutions vs editing the starting lineup.

Its players that start the whole game and do not get subsituted for, it has nothing to do with subsitutions, the kids are on the roster and play the whole game and stats are recorded for them the whole game, and then the game finishes and I look at our hitting stats or fielding and there names aren't listed although they where before the game started and while th game was being played
