DP/Flex

With the new option of emailing the lineup with the DP/Flex in it, it doesn't show on the email version. Also is there a way to only email my team lineup not both teams. That way I can print and give it to the ump.

Maybe just email from "team manager". That way it would only be "my" team.

We will consider how to do this for a future update. We modeled the current version after the official MLB Lineup sheets.
