Minor bug on "Pitches with Game Notes" Scorebook page.

I've noticed that once a note is removed from a play (pitch), it still shows up on this page--with an empty note field.

I often leave myself quick notes during a game when there's not time to fix up a play's scoring right away. After the game, I'll do the fix-up and remove the note, but the Scorecard winds up being left cluttered with various plays for which there are no longer notes.

Easy fix?
