player missing from cumulative team stats

Post by frostyboys » Tue Mar 12, 2013 12:35 pm

i separate my games into leagues according to each tournament we play. that way i can give the coach team stats for each individual tournament as well as season stats. we played in 4 games this weekend. in our first game the boy who pitched first for 2 innings is listed in the game scorecard as pitching and his batting stats as well. when i look at the cumulative team stats it doesnt have his pitching stats and that particular games H/AB are missing. it says he played in 3 games when they individual game stats clearly show he was in 4.
ive tried everything i know to try and cant get his stats to show up. why would this be happening?

It sounds like you have created a second player that represents this player. See the following link for how to fix it:

And you checked for deleted players using the steps in the previous link?

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and the details (game, player) to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data. Your customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore.
