I-scorecast not showing current game

I am getting ready for the scoring season and created a test game to make sure the i-scorecast shows the game in "real-time" ( I know it is delayed) ; however, I entered the game and started scoring but I-scorecast is not showing the game as active - so it cannot be watched. I have the scorecast as "on"' on the ipad but it still does not show. Any thoughts?

If the game as created prior to iScorecast being enabled or while you did not have internet connectivity, it is possible the game would not have been sent up to our iScorecast server. You can go to Game Manager, select the game, then scroll down to "iScorecast Synchronize" and tap that to re-send the game up to the iScorecast server.

Ah ha - thank you ! I did not notice the I-scorecast sync - never scroll that far . Excellent!

To be clear, if you have option > iscorecast set to on and have Internet connectivity while scoring, iscorecast will update real time (no need to iscorecast synch).

Most folks turn option > iscorecast on once, and leave it on .. Set it and forget it...

IScore will generally catch up when you get back connected.
But as support said, you Can always Use iscorecast synch to force update ...when connected
