AB Missing from certain stat views

We are having an issue where "At Bats" are missing from certain data cuts on both the application and our Team Website. We've narrowed down the issue to 2 games, and it's affecting all the players the same. The issue is that the stats are still showing plate appearances, Hits, Sacs, ROE's, etc.... and the Plate Appearance # is correct but the At Bat is listed as "0" - even if the player has a hit(s). This is inflating the batting avg on the Team Website.

For example, on our Team Website if you select one of the games, the "Box Score" link shows "0" At Bats for all players, but the "Stats" link shows the correct At Bats # for all the players.

Also, in the iScore App (for ipad), When you view the player card it shows the correct At Bats #, but when you email the player card the At Bats # is zero - even though the Plate Appearances, Hits, K's, etc... are all still showing for those 2 games.

We are fairly new at this - and the stats for the 2 games in question were entered after the fact from a scorbook via editing the game's team stats. We did this for 4 games and are not having issues with the other 2 games we handled like this.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm pretty sure it's not a "Leagues" issue.

It is likely related to the manual entering of stats since the game was not actually scored with iScore. If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and give us a specific game and player that is wrong, we can take a look.
