Team Website not Linked to Admin account

Team Website not Linked to Admin account

I use Iscore on the Iphone and recently updated to new phone. All of the data transferred okay, but now the team website is not updating. All of the games are on the Admin site, but the Admin site says there is not a team website. However, I can pull the team from the phone and the team website shows it is active. The 4 games since the new phone upgrade are on the admin site, but not the team website. It is like the admin site lost the link to the team site.

Any help would be great!

The admin account and website are linked to a specific device so if you changed devices (upgraded your phone) your exports are not linking to your website. FTM can fix this. You will need to send them an email with your new and old device IDs and website.

Here is how you can transfer on your own..

You would need the previous device customer ID and password (OLD ID) to transfer the data to your new device (NEW ID) usingdata sharing as seen here:
