Score Card Data Correct / Team Stats Incorrect

Post by sromano » Sat Oct 13, 2012 6:06 pm

Scorecard is correct for the game played, but player and team batting stats are incorrect. Most players had 2 PA on scorecard but in Team Batting stats it shows 1 or 0 PA for batters. Also player has a base hit. On scorecard it is recorded but not on any Player, Team stats pages..

Is the game showing as "F" (finished) on the Game Manager screen? Stats are not calculated until the game is over. You can use Misc -> End Game if the game ends early due to reaching a time limit for example. You can try using the Recalc from the Stats screen to have iScore recalculate your stats.

Yes, game ended early. Did select end game. Game manager screen does show game as complete or finished. I can email you game link and game stats if you like.

Yes, do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and which game you are having issues with, and either re-describe the issue or include a link to this forum in the email. Please send email to support@iscoresports.com.

One thing to try if the stats do not seem up to date is RECALC (upper right button on a game manager stat screen for IOS while on on Android, you would press the Context Menu button from the stats screen to reveal the Recalc option).
