Iphone crashed - is data backed up?

Post by Gregg » Wed Sep 23, 2009 4:59 am

I am having a problem with my iphone - it keeps crashing and a hard reset is needed. I will be getting a new phone today. All my apps are synced with iTunes and the phone is backed up. Will I be able to recover my iscore data or do I need to export the data too. Thanks!

While you should be able to restore to your new phone and recover everything, it wouldn't be a bad idea to also export your data (and write down your customer number) before switching phones, just in case.

Yes, please do export your data (Option Menu, export) and write down your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen). Then you are guaranteed to be able to get your data back after getting your new device by contacting us directly at support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false.

Thank you.
