updates

updates

I've never run across this with any other app, and I'm over 500 of them. The update never leaves the update page in iTunes. I run all the updates, but this one stays. It's been doing this for a very long time, so it's really just more of an annoyance than a problem. The correct version shows on the iPad after running the updates, it's just that I have one update, yours, all the time. Thanks!

You can contact Apple about this issue as it would be beyond our control. If we had to guess, it sound like maybe you are logged into a different iTunes account than the app was originally purchased with. If you log in with the same account as the original purchase, the update option should go away.

This is just a guess however and it would really be best to contact Apple to find out for sure.
