Two pitches added for a single "pitch by pitch entry"

Post by marklee2005 » Sun Jun 03, 2012 2:55 pm

I scored the April 5th Southern League game between the Mobile Bay Bears and The Mississippi Braves. In reconciling pitch counts to the officially published game summaries I discovered that iScore showed pitcher Kevin Munson having thrown 18 pitches - 13 strikes and 5 balls. The official game report has him at 17 pitches and 12 strikes. I went into my iScore play by play to find my error. I assumed I had just hit an extra strike, but I found a weird deal instead. On the first "pitch" of the inning to Todd Cunningham, the results show: Strike 1 Called. Strike 1 Called. I am linking to a screen shot from my iPhone:

When I tap the pitch to get the details it shows Strike 1 Called being recorded twice. I am including that screen shot link as well:

Is this a known issue? How can I delete the extra pitch?

Also, I wanted to know how to remove the "srike location" from this pitch. I don't record this info, but in trying to correct the error on this play I tapped the strike zone location inadvertently and it now shows a pitch location. Can I get rid of it? Thanks!
