Scoring glitch?

How can I get someone to review a scoring issue I had tonight?

Here's the scenerio:

1 out and runner on 1st in Bottom of 5th.

B(1) comes to bat....

Ball 1 (runner advances to 2nd on PB)
Strike 1 swinging
Ball 2 (runner advances to 3rd on WP)

Here's where the problem occurs......

The next pitch should have been a 4-3 ground out......

However, the app registers:

Balll 1, Runner Held on 3rd, and 2 outs....

So, for some reason, it registered the pitch as a ball (which should have been ball 3 if that was correct), however, it only read as Ball 1....yet, it registered the 4-3 out I entered as well???

Any ideas or help?

I went back in to do a correction, but my only option is ball or intentional ball.....
