Courtesy Runner Issues

I'm having an issue where iscorecast shows a runner coming in as a courtesy runner, but subsequently mentions the replaced player advancing, caught stealing, etc. The play by play on the device is correct, the stats are correct, and about 50% of the time the old html-iscorecast is correct, just the new html5 iscorecast is incorrect (100% of the time). I'll email the links to the latest game.

Did you get this resolved? I have noticed the same thing with courtesy runners reverting back on the play by play on the team website to the name of the person they were running for. I think still correct on my pitch by pitch on the device though.

Yes, FTM replied through email that the problem had been fixed and I haven't noticed it since.

I'm having a similar issue with curtesy runners. When my runner is at third it is correct but in detailed reports later it shows the original batter scoring.

What is a "detailed report later"? If you can do an Options->Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and let us know which game, player, inning, and which "detailed report later" you are seeing the wrong data on, we can take a look.
