I have had this situation come up twice. Runners on 1st and 3rd with 1 out. Batter grounds into double play to end the inning. Our scorekeeper inadvertently shows the runner on 3rd as going home, "Advanced by Batter". After the game, the score was wrong, so I went back to determine where it happened. When I found it, I tried to correct it. The only option I had to edit it was "Run Not Scored". When I checked that, it changed it in the stats so that it is correct. However, the line score remained incorrect in both situations, and the email (that goes to the local media) had the wrong score in it. One resulted in the game showing as ending in a tie????
What am I doing wrong here? It seems if it corrects in the stats, it should correct in the line score also.
I know I can undo back to that point, but the last one was in the 3rd inning of a 9 inning game.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Run Not Scored
Using Run Not Scored should fix the score and the stats both. Are you using the most up to date version of iScore?

Re: Run Not Scored
I think so. 3.51.106
Again, it fixed it in all the stats. It was just the line score that shows up on Iscorecast, the top of the Iscore on ipad, and in the boxscore that is printed or mailed out. It didn't update these in either game I used the "Run Not Scored" feature.

Re: Run Not Scored
It should be updating the line score. If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com with the details (which game, what score should be vs what it is showing, which inning/player you are changing to Run Not Scored), we can take a look at your data.
