I am trying to add a run in the pitch by pitch editing.

Our score keeper held up a runner on third after a play and the runner actually scored. Iam trying to score the run in pitch by pitch editing. I am not able to change the runner from being held up at third to scoring by being advanced by batter. Is there a reason I can not change it or is there a glitch some where?

Thank you for your time

Not a glitch. By design, the software does not allow game changing edits like this.

You could undo back to that point and re-score, or simply adjust the stats accordingly (run, possible rbi, whatever).

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID, which game, inning and player it is to support@iscoresports.com, we can fix it for you. We are trying to identify if there is enough consistency when people are leaving runners on third if we will be able to add this edit capability to the product.
