Box score on screen and scorecard don't match

I made a correction on a scored run that was later determined to not have scored before the third out was made. That was in the fifth inning. Then mysteriously a run showed up at the top of the seventh inning while i was recording the first batter. Not sure how that happened. When I go to the scorecard it shows everything correctly. I can't seem to find anyway to correct the incorrect run.

We have not heard of runs appearing. If you can do an Options -> Export and then email your Customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com, we will take a look at you data. Be sure to let us know the game and inning details in the email.
