iScorecentral says I have not exported from device
Even though I just exported twice from my iPad, it says "Last export was 4123h, 50m ago". Now the data was transferred from an old iPad to a new iPad within the last few weeks. Could that be an issue? Please advise how to fix.

If you have a new iPad, your customer ID will be different. Check the Options screen to see what the customer ID is of the device you are exporting from, then log in to the Admin Website with that customer ID.
