Hit charts missing data

I searched and could not find an answer - sorry if this was covered before.

I have scored my kids' games for two years, each season our league has a draft so our rosters change twice per year. I have created a new league, teams, and rosters for the upcoming season, and I would like to see hit charts for those players from the admin site that include their hits from the previous seasons. Is this possible? I have set all leagues as active and exported, I can see all hits on player cards, but the 2012 team hit charts from the admin site are empty.

If you have created a new Team, then you are only seeing those player's hits for that team. If you copy the URL that will be opened when you view the hit charts, and add "&all=1" to the end of it, then it will show the hit charts for any team the player has been on, not just your currently selected team.

You can also email yourself the Player Card from the iScore device, and it will include all hits for the player from your currently selected league(s).
