Problem with Stats not showing up under a team

I have scored 2 games in a tournament. all the teams are linkd to the league named for this tournament. When i click on each of the teams i can get the stats except one. The stats do not show up on that one.

When I export the data to myiscorecntral the games show up under the games tab under each team that played in them except the one team that the stats do not show up for in the app.

I have checked and that team is linked to the same league tournament as the others.

What could the problem be?

You have to assign the GAMES to the league or else they will not show up when doing the reporting.

The games are assigned to the league. The third game I scored with this team showed the stars but the other two still do not.

Did you create the team on your device two times and then delete one of the copies of the team? If you do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and let us know which game / team is not showing up, we can take a look at your data.

I may have. I saw the team show up 3 times on the my.iscorecentral website and deleted the two that looked like it had no games associated with it to only leave one.

On my device, it always only showed the team once.

I have emailed my ID and other detailed information as requested and look forward to resolving this issue.

The admin website does not filter by your league selection. The device does. So it sounds like you had the team created twice in a league you have turned off on your device. We will look at your data in the email, but deleting data is never a good idea unless you are sure that is what you want to do.
